What does "Always Smile" mean? Always Smile is more than just a brand; it’s a mindset. It was born out of a journey through recovery from alcoholism and depression. It serves as a "friendly reminder" that even in our darkest moments, there is a reason to find your smile. When you wear our gear, you’re helping spread that light to others.

Is this a recovery-focused brand? Yes! While our apparel is for everyone, our roots are firmly planted in the recovery community. We advocate for mental health awareness, resilience, and the power of choosing to smile.

Product Information

What brands do you use for your hats? We believe our mission deserves the best quality. That’s why we partner with '47 Brand for our unstructured and two-tone hats. They are known for their durability, comfort, and classic "broken-in" feel.

How do the hats fit?

  • Unstructured Hats: These have a relaxed crown and an adjustable strap, making them a "one size fits most" perfect for a casual, comfortable look.

  • Two-Tone/Snapbacks: These have a slightly more structured crown for a bold, classic profile.

  • Beanies: Our beanies are ultra-soft and designed to stay cozy through the Denver winters and beyond.

Fit & Sizing

How do the t-shirts fit?

  • The Staple Fit: Our most popular cut. It’s a classic, regular fit—not too tight, not too baggy.

  • The Classic/Heavy Fit: For those who prefer a more relaxed, "streetwear" vibe, these have a slightly wider body and a thicker collar.

  • Sizing Tip: Our tees are generally true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.

How do the crewnecks fit? Our crewnecks feature a relaxed, unisex fit with a slightly dropped shoulder for ultimate comfort. They are designed to feel like a "warm hug"—perfect for lounging or layering.

Will my clothes shrink in the wash? AS Colour garments are pre-shrunk during the manufacturing process to minimize shrinkage. However, because they are high-cotton-content items, we still recommend following our care instructions to keep the fit perfect.

Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to get my order? Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order hits the road!

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States. We are looking to expand our "SMILE" reach globally soon—stay tuned!

I haven’t received my tracking number. What should I do? First, check your spam folder (sometimes the smiles get lost in there!). If you still don’t see it, please reach out to us at [Insert Email Address] and we will get it sorted out for you immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love what you wear. If there is an issue with your order or a defect in the product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because we are a small mission-driven brand, we handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure you’re happy.
